Developed an A&W, Smitty's, Dairy Queen along with 5 other Restaurant, Bar, Nightclub facilities in Fort McMurray in Ab.
1986-1989
Worked with Laventhol Horath as a Hospitality Industry Training Consultant in Edmonton Ab.
1989-1992
General Manager and was an active sharholder in the Peace Valley Inns, supervising the construction and start-up of a 25 room Hotel along with a 120 seat Smitty's Restaurant and a 120 seat British Pub.

Working as a hospitality "Turn around" specialist with Deloitte Touche.
1992-Present
President, shareholder, and managment co-ordinator of The Nisku Truck Stop Restaurants & Pubs, The Airways Country Inn, Players Bar & Grill, Normac Publishing, Canwes Telecommunications, Castrol Raceway.
